We were able to spend a relaxing time”
The magnificent view from both the room and the outdoor hot spring made me feel enriched during my stay. The meals were delicious in all the restaurants and the overall customer service was satisfactory. We used the hotel for skiing, and on the day of arrival, it was a little inconvenient that the changing rooms and the building with the lockers for ski delivery service were separated.

I had wanted to stay at this hotel at least once in my lifetime. We had "shabu-shabu" for dinner. We asked for sake recommendations, and they were very helpful and gave us a lot of information without being obnoxious, which was a great refreshment. This is one of the hotels I would like to visit again.

My husband was there 60 years ago. Had a wonderful time skiing and a great visit this week. The food is sensational, and the service and room are both superb We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It is worth the fare!
