      “お値段なり”

      新しくないですし海沿いなので仕方ないですが、部屋がカビ臭かったです。 空調（エアコン、空気清浄機）が清掃されていないようでとても埃っぽく、部屋にいる間は喉が痛くなりました。お値段なりですね、、 次に泊まることはないです。 子供にシールをいただけたり、スタッフさんの対応は良かったです。

      離島ターミナルから近く、離島に行く際にとても便利でした。ご飯屋さんやお土産屋さんも近く 良かったです。

      離島ターミナルに近く、空港アクセス（２社のバスの始発駅がすぐそばで必ず座れる）、もいい。 買物、飲食店も沢山ある。 穴場は、離島ターミナル内のお店。テイクアウトに弁当を購入しました。

      “立地と環境”

      繁華街に近く、また離島ターミナルの目の前と言う立地に加え、隣の大きなコインパーキングも夜は５０円と格安。レンタカーありきの石垣島を大変満喫できました。
