I was satisfied with the hotel, as I have stayed there several times, but was surprised that the reservation was made by a different person with the same name. I still don't know how it happened, but the name read the same, the kanji were different, and the address was different. In addition, the gender was also different, which was really surprising. Mr. Rurubu, why?

The room was cleaned at 6:00 p.m., and although the facilities were good, I thought the service was not up to par. The front desk staff was not very helpful or smiling, and the evening restaurant was ........................ The restaurant in the evening was good except for the Chinese food.

“I don't know if there will be a second time....”
First is the reception desk. I will not use my real name here, but there was a completely unknown address written on it, and I was like, "What?" I told them that I did not know the address at all. When I told the receptionist that I didn't know the address at all, she said, "Well, please write it here (in a bit of a bitey tone)," which was a combo of no cushioning, high-handedness, and brusqueness. As for the rooms, we stayed in the Standard Villas and I would not recommend this class. The garden was littered with garbage that crows must have brought with them. The room was dark. There were ants in the bathroom, and when I was sleeping, ants climbed up to my ears and from there I could not sleep at all. The buffet meals were very good. There are many other things I would like to mention, but I thought there was too much room for improvement in the soft aspects of the hotel, such as the staff's responses in various areas, even though the hard aspects were in good shape to some extent. I think I will not stay there again.
