      “サイコーな石垣島旅行でした”

      旅行予約に着手したのが７月中旬と遅く、半ば諦めモードでたどり着いたのがるるぶのサイトでした。逆にこの時期になんでこんなのが残ってるの、と少々心配に思いながら予約。 でも結果は、、ホテルは素晴らしく、天気にも恵まれ、サイコーな旅行になりました。ありがとうございました。

      “いい時間を過ごせました”

      今回２度目の利用です。前回同様、スタッフの皆さんの笑顔での対応、心遣いが素晴らしかったです。庭もとても手入れが行き届いていると思います。大浴場がもう少し遅くまで利用出来たら嬉しいです。あと朝も利用出来るといいです。また宿泊させて頂きます。ありがとうございました。

      “いいホテルです。”

      今回で４回目の利用かと思います。以前と比較し残念と思われる点を記載します。マエサトビーチの波打ち際の状況が、岩だらけとなり、素足ではちょっと危ないと思いました。お子様連れの場合は、マリンシューズを用意すべきかと思います。敷地内完全禁煙は、どうなのでしょうか。敷地内のどこかに喫煙コーナーを設けるべきではないでしょうか。プレハブでも十分かと思います。客室全面禁煙は問題ないと思いますが、喫煙者を敷地内から締め出すのはどうかと思います。もし、そうするならば、全面禁煙としてはどうでしょうか。喫煙者は宿泊しなくなるので、非喫煙者のみの利用となるのでわかりやすいかと思います。 もう一つ疑問に思ったことは、車の出し入れが、以前よりも遅くなったと思います。人手不足でしょうか？でも、扱いは丁寧なので問題はないと思います。全般的にいいホテルです。ステータスは、保っていると思います。
