Three generations used the site. We arrived at noon. We had dinner there and then went to the pool. The next day we went to the athletic and herb garden. My grandchildren were very happy.

I have used it several times. The beginners were very happy with the beginner-friendly slopes. The receptionist was very helpful and I would use them again.

I have no major complaints, but I could not find anything particularly good about the hotel. The meals were prepared in advance and the meat was a little tough. This is not the hotel's fault, so I will leave it at that.

お盆休みに家族で利用。楽しみにしていたロブスターはびっくりするほど小さくて固くて全然美味しくなかった。酷いなと思ったのはテーブルに子供が１人になったタイミングでスタッフに皿をさげられたこと。プールが１番最悪で、飛び込み禁止なのに飛び込む人がたくさんいる、混んでいるのに周りの迷惑も顧みずビーチボールをしている人がいて、顔に思い切り水がかかるしぶつかってくるしで、本当に腹が立ちました。子供は身動きできずで全然楽しめなかったと。ハイシーズンはそれらを禁止にすべきだし、監視員をつけて迷惑行為をしている人には注意すべき。部屋に関しては綿棒など女性に必要なアメニティがない、室内に使い捨てスリッパが用意されていなかったことが不満、何よりシャワーヘッドが一昔前の家庭用のものでびっくりしました。トータルしていい点なんて何ひとつなかったし、二度と泊まろうとは思わないホテルだった。

“First time staying with grandchildren”
This was our first stay at the hotel with our grandchildren. The children were delighted with the pool in the hotel and the breakfast buffet satisfied both children and adults.
