      “温泉ホテルなのに・・”

      全体的には、大変、満足しています。 スタッフもとても感じがよく、お食事も味、内容、量、すべて良かったです。 ただ、温泉ホテルと名前にあったので、期待していたのですが、湯船が１つだけで、露天もなく、少し残念でした。

      “残念な星野リゾート”

      他の星野リゾートに比べると設備が劣る感じがします。外観も手が入っていないですし、設備投資をしていない感が満載。お風呂が残念です。せっかくの温泉なんだから、今後は露天風呂や家族風呂を考えたらどうでしょ。お部屋はお掃除がきちんとされており、スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。お食事は大変美味しかったです。ここは、スキーのお客様にはとても良いホテルだと思います。

      “大満足です。”

      スタッフの方々も皆さんとても優しく親切で、お部屋も食事もお風呂もアクティビティもどれも大満足でした。４歳の子供も大喜びでした。
