“びっくりした”
風呂、洗浄便座ツキトイレのある部屋を予約。ふろおけが無い！　（撤去した名残有）　シャワーのみでした。日本国内（沖縄は別）で、風呂付＝シャワーのみ　何てことあり得ないと思います。

何年か前に利用させていただき、主人が大変気に入って２度目の宿泊をさせていただきました。今回も部屋は涼しくして下さっていて、到着時刻の変更も快くしてくださいました。今回はお部屋のコーヒーメーカーに感動しました。部屋のすぐ近くにお水の用意もありいつでもおいしいお水がいただけたり、お夜食の心遣いなど、とてもありがたかったです。また機会があれば、宿泊させていただきたいと思っています。ありがとうございました。

“二度と泊まりません”
旅館に対して言いたいことが多すぎる。書ききれない。観光バスツアーが天気のため中止になったことを、前もって知っていながらもチェックインの時に伝えられるのは困る。事前に知っているなら電話して欲しい。こちらも帰りの都合などあるのに、全く考えてない。また、天気が悪く星空ツアーをキャンセルしてもいいということを言わず紙面での案内されないのもどうかと思う。最後チェックアウトの時に、まだお客さんいるのにスリッパの重ね方が酷く蛇腹状にかさねてきっと拭いてすらいないと思う。汚い。雨なのでどこにも行けず、水引体験やおもちゃがあるのはとても良かった。金額と宿の質が見合っていない。お客さんがいる限り目があることを何も考えていない。二度と来ない。

“贅沢な時間過ごせました”
チェックインからの非日常的な雰囲気で特別感を味わう事が出来ました。若女将さんと思われる方の接客も丁寧で満足大型ホテルと違って、アットホームな所も最高。星空観光もマットや懐中電灯、コンパス、防寒着など無料でお借り出来、大変助かりました。部屋は決して新しくはありませんが、綺麗で問題ありません。昼神温泉に行くときひ。絶対またこちらに泊まりたいなと思います。
