The customer service was polite and pleasant, but the air conditioner in the room was noisy.”
The customer service was courteous and pleasant, and it was indeed a well-established facility. The bath temperature in the large bathroom was good for the men's bath, but the women's bath was apparently hot inside the room. The air conditioner in the room was on low, but the noise from the ducts was loud and I had to stop it halfway through. Other hotels have two types of pillows (firm and soft), but only one type was hard for me. Breakfast had fewer items than before, and there were no explanations of the ingredients from Kagoshima. I wish there had been a POP with a few words so that people from outside the prefecture could understand. Overall, I left satisfied. I will use this hotel again.
