    Staff is the best!”

    We had our dinner changed to a Western dinner in advance. The amount of staff at the Western restaurant was great, smart service without making us wait and smiling through masks. The rest of the staff were also pleasant and hospitable.

    雨で残念”

    駐車場が少し離れた場所にありましたが、ご案内の方が雨の中、傘と荷物をエントランスの外に出て受け取って頂き初めての経験でした。従業員の教育が素晴らしいと感じました。ホテルのロケーションは抜群だと思われますが、雨が・・・ 去年の１０月１０日を思い出しました。残麺無念

    リフレッシュ出来ました・”

    到着した時のスタッフの方々の対応がとても心地よく感じました。 ひとつ残念だったのは、朝食（洋食）が最初にコーヒー、フルーツ、ヨーグルトが出てきて、パン、スープ、サラダ、メインと順序が逆で少し残念に思いました。 でもまた行きたいです。

    清里に来るならここ”

    心からのおもてなしにとても満足です。働いている皆さんのホテルへの愛情などなどがとても感じられました。が、お風呂に向かう１階のカーペットの汚さには残念ながら悲しみを覚えました。夕食も１つ１つとてもおいしかったのですが、これはって言うもう１つパンチがあるといいのですが。 と少し不満を書いてしまいましたが、これからも何度も利用させていただきます。
