      “遊べるホテル”

      ３月に行く予定だった旅行に、ようやく行くことができました。 朝・夕食ともにメニューが豊富で新鮮！　特に夕食のステーキは口の中で溶けるように柔らかく絶品でした！デラウェアのワインや自家製ぶどうジュースもとても美味しく、子どもも両親も大喜びでした。 コロナの影響で大浴場が閉鎖中だったのは残念でしたが、シャワールーム付きのお風呂だったので、フロントで頂いた入浴剤を小３の息子と楽しむことができました。 プールの大波が思ったより小波だったのが残念でしたが、子どもたちは大満足ではしゃいでました。 今回はプール以外のアクティビティができなかったので、次回はもっと遊べるように泊まりに来たいと思ってます。　ありがとうございました。

      “期待し過ぎに注意”

      施設内にプールなどがあり、楽しめました！期待が大き過ぎた分、なんとなく物足りなさがありました。ファミリー層が多く宿泊しているので、小さい子供が宿泊している部屋には子供用便座など置いといてもらえると嬉しいなぁと思いました！キッズスペースなどももっと充実してたら嬉しかったです！

      “ファミリー向けのホテル”

      初めての星野リゾートで、期待大で行きましたが、玄関口に車をつけた時点から高級ホテル並みの手厚い対応で驚きました。どこに行ってもスタッフは笑顔で、会話も一言では済まさず、必ずプラスアルファの内容があって、これが星野リゾートのおもてなしなのかぁ～と納得しました。部屋は３人家族には十分な広さで、冷蔵庫には無料のミネラルウォーターが、子ども用の歯ブラシとパジャマ＆スリッパも用意されていました。森の空中散歩はアスレチック好きなお子さんなら興奮まちがいなしです。プールはビッグウェーブが定期的に起こる仕組みで、朝９時から２０分間は宿泊者のみビッグウェーブが体験できます。朝食はタイトルどおり野菜が豊富で、文句なしに美味しかったです！ゲストはほとんどが親子連れや三世代家族でした。

      “避暑地を求めて”

      夏の暑さの疲れを癒しに避暑地を求めて行きました。大浴場が外にあるのでがっかりでした。お部屋着がないので私服で行きそれで帰ってくるのはくつろいだ気分にならず雨も降っていて寒かったらやめてました。お部屋のテレビも案外小さくソファからは少し見えにくかったです。ピーマン通りやプール、体験コーナーもありお子様連れには最適だと思いました。
