部屋のジュータンが汚れたままになって不清潔に見えました。 入室した瞬間何か嫌な臭いもしました。 ジュータンを入れ替えるか上に何か引き詰めて清潔感を出してほしい。 全体的には満足しましたが細かいところに気配りが欲しかったです。

「一人旅ガソリン１０００円付き」で予約、宿泊。今回は東角部屋を用意して頂きました。お天気も良く小窓から大山、北面大窓から米子市内．日本海．夜景が見えてとても満足しました。いいお部屋を有り難う御座いました。又早めにチェックインをしてペンシヨン村や湖を散歩出来てリフレッシユが出来ました。次回紅葉の時期に是非宿泊したいですね。追伸、温泉大浴場とてもいいですね。

建物は少し古く、ないそうも団体観光客向けの温泉ホテルという感じでした。 大浴場は本当に温泉なのでしょうか？ 露天風呂は気持ちよかったでずが、景色は開放的ではなく、大山も見えませんでした。ただ、１２階のレストランからは、大山はもちろん、西北西に目をやれば、湖面が輝く中海まできれいに見えました。黄昏時にそのような場所でいただく夕食は最高でした。 一方、朝食のバイキングは非常に混雑していて、落ち着きませんでした。 総じて、家族連れに良いリゾートホテルかもしれません。

外装は綺麗でロビーも高級感があるが、ベルキャプテンなし。早く着いたが、フロントの角刈り男性にチェックイン拒否され、ロビーで待つも後から来た客は受け入れ、こちらに声かけなし。部屋は古く、畳はポリエステル、しかも擦り切れ、お茶菓子なし。バスルームはワンルームと同じユニット。布団敷きは客自身の仕事。エレベーターが混み非常階段を使うと壁はアスベスト？しかしロビーへの案内図があり、あくまで客が使う前提。大浴場は良かった。夕食は１階和食居酒屋、予約不可で、１８時に既に長蛇の列。中は空いてて料理人不足？料理はまあまあ。朝食バイキングはこれまで経験した３０ほどの宿の中で質量とも最低。チェックアウトはだらしない胸元の男性がこちらも見ず、名前も部屋も確認せず開口一番「代金は～円です」でびっくりした。ダイワは男性従業員の接遇と設備投資を少し考えた方が良い。

Booking confirmation slip provided wrong hotel phone number (should be 2333 and not 2323). Could not find place with gps Lucky got help from a local.
