Our ryokan (Japanese-style inn) has open-air Hinoki (cypress wood) baths. Since the baths are positioned 50 meters above sea level, they are the highest in Kyushu and boast splendid views. We offer our female guests colorful yukata (cotton kimono) free of charge, if they stay overnight. We highly recommend you enjoy yourself in one of these cheerful garments!

Overall nice hotel with great location. Bath was great at 10 floor with good view. Staffs very friendly.

The hotel has an excellent view of the river and mountains. Unfortunately it is slightly far from the train station. The hotel is kind enough to offer us free transportation to the train station.

和洋のバイキングと言うよりは、和食バイキングのようで洋食が少なく感じました。海外からの観光客が多かったので、外国人ももう少し洋食が選べたほうが喜ぶように思います。

“Enjoy Hita in summer with a houseboat and fireworks!”
It was the first time in several years that I used a yakatabune (houseboat). We enjoyed both fireworks and cormorant fishing, and it was a memorable experience. The colorful yukata made me feel good.
