Great service by staff at the front desk changing our room to a non smoking room which was greatly appreciated. This was done in a timely manner. Easy to find via google maps and an easy enough walk from the train station and easy to navigate in building.

The room was very small but perfectly adequate. The breakfasts were good and plenty to choose form although we dd go early. I would stay here again.

This hotel was great- clean, and about 5 min walking distance from the Hacchobori stop on the tram. The Hacchobori stop is also good for taking the sightseeing bus that is free for JR Pass holders, which we had. We were able to walk to good food every nigh

We stay just 1 night. + : enough space for 2, clean, calm, seems to be new, near memorial park (20mn walk) - : receptionist not familiar to fill takkyubin form but it has worked ! :)

早餐簡單但口味佳，客房也頗整潔，另有免費洗衣機烘衣機提供使用，十分方便。但客房訂單是雙人雙床，實際上是四張單人床，有兩張明顯是加床，硬擠在雙人房中，所以空間十分狹小，甚至無法將行李箱同時打開。
