The location is good, by the river, a little away from downtown, and very nice in the mornings and evenings. It is a good place to relax without having to worry about places to eat, etc. Morning walks in Peace Park and other places are very pleasant.

Fantastic location located next to Peace park. Small clean room. EXTRA small bath not for tall people you will hit you head going in door and in bath tub. Helpful staff.
