This hotel - which is in a great location with a view of World Heritage Site Itsukushima Shrine across the sea - is about a 40-minute drive from Iwakuni Kintaikyo Airport, and is also accessible from the Hiroshima city area via JR or Hiroshima Railway lines in about 30 minutes.
The hotel has large communal baths and private open-air baths which use Miyahama Onsen hot spring water and 3 restaurants offering Japanese cuisine, Italian cuisine, and an izakaya-style dining area, as well as a cafe lounge and bar. Wi-Fi is also partially available. Guests are recommended to join the night cruise departing from the hotel’s own pier to Itsukushima Shrine’s large torii gate (about 30 minutes). The impressive sight of the large torii gate will surely become a fond memory of your trip to Miyajima.
Guests are also recommended to use the hotel as a base for sightseeing in the Hiroshima city area and Kintai Bridge area of Yamaguchi.

Good”
A good 3 star hotel if room has a lake view. A good complimentary shuttle bus service to and from the rail station or a 15 minute walk. Restaurant facilities adequate.

Very good”
Generally good but the food is pretty too normal and not tasty. The stuff talked about private onsen so we booked it but they didn't mention the fee which was very expensive (the private onsen is very good though)

Exceptional”
Fantastic stay! Our Japanese/western style room was spacious and clean, and we had a wonderful view of the sea. Service was top-notch as well. We booked a private onsen and it was enjoyable. Truly unforgettable.

Exceptional”
Most of the staff was unable to speak English. But with my little Japanese skills we got around well. Just the dinner was challenging.
