Room was old carpet torn and dirty. Personal did not speak a single word English and did not help us. Bed was so used that it was visibly hanging down in the middle.

This is an older hotel with tiny bathrooms and old, dirty carpets. We were without other options during the peak Sakura time, but I would not stay here again.

岩木山がしっかり見える部屋でした、とても良かったです。 部屋もその他全体が綺麗・清潔でした。 土手町にあり弘前駅から少し離れていますが１００円循環バス利用で楽です。

“Mt. Iwaki”
The view of Mt. Iwaki from the breakfast room is wonderful. I think it is worth staying just to enjoy it. As a long-established hotel, the staff's service was very attentive and seemed to compensate for the old facilities.
