Agri in Holiday

A hidden house, tucked away from sight in Aomori Prefecture. The house is modeled on a European stately home, and is available in its entirety for one group per night.

1) Precautions...Please read carefully.

■This facility accepts reservations for one group per day.
(The entire facility building will be rented out)

■This facility requires the following miscellaneous expenses separately from the accommodation fee. (tax included)
1. Facilities (miscellaneous expenses) 625 yen per person per night, linen fee 625 yen per person per night
2. Heating fee is 2,200 yen per night for up to 2 people from October 25th to May 6th, and 625 yen per person after that.
3. Air conditioning fee is 2,200 yen per night from July 14th to September 10th.

4. Facility usage fee of 4,500 yen for infants from 3 years old to elementary school age
5. Early check-in and late check-out are 4,500 yen (only if there are vacancies)
6. Barbecue set: 4,000 yen (includes equipment and charcoal) Please bring your own materials. (Reservation required)
7. Bath towel rental 500 yen/wash towel 300 yen
8. 4,000 yen per bed making after the second night
9. Please note that if you check in after 7:00 pm due to your convenience, you will be required to work after hours on site and will be charged 3,500 yen. (In that case, please be sure to contact us in advance.)
If there is no contact, the reservation will be cancelled.

*After completing your reservation, we will send you a confirmation and bank account number via email to confirm your reservation.
Once confirmed, please pay the accommodation fee, facility fee, and event fee to the account specified by our company within 5 days after the reservation is completed [by advance transfer payment] or the full amount by the payment date stated in the guide.
If payment is not confirmed, the reservation may be treated as cancelled.
*Please note that a 100% cancellation fee will be charged from the day of reservation during the university entrance exam period from February 24th to 26th and the Nebuta Festival period from August 1st to August 8th.
