A very comfortable Hotel, although a bit of a hike from the railway station, particularly in summer. However, it is very conveniently located for the historic sites with the bus stop quite close to the Hotel. Meals were excellent. Provide free laundry,

We extended our stay at this hotel as we had such a wonderful time. The staff could not do enough to help us. It is a large hotel with the feel of a smaller family run ryokan.

不便さは感じませんでしたが、全体的にメンテが不十分だなと感じました。宿が古い事は仕方ありませんが、それなりのメンテがしてないと心地よいとは言えません。

食事は、味付けがよく、おいしくいただけました。 眺めも良く、和室でゆっくりすごせました。 金鶏山の登り口、義経妻子の墓がすぐ近くにあり、散歩にももってこいてました。 お風呂までに、階段があり、あしに不安のあるかたは、少し心配な面がありました。

あるスタッフの対応がビジネスライクそのもので世界遺産に胡座をかいているようで気分が悪い。支払いを済まして玄関を出るときに挨拶がなかったが、このような対応は普通なのかと、どこか気分が悪い。個人の問題なのか教育が出来ていないのか金額の割に合わない感じ。食堂のスタッフは笑顔があって気持ち良く食事は出来た。たった一人の態度で評価を下げるって残念。

名前から宿坊のイメージで投宿しましたが、普通の温泉旅館といった感じで立地的には非常に便利な場所にあってよかったです。設備や料理、温泉など不満はないですが特筆すべきところもないという感じでした。枕元で使える手元灯が一つしかなくチョッと不便を感じました。駅までの送迎もあり満足でした。

毛越寺でのイベントに行くために泊まりました。すぐ近くで、平泉観光にはとても良い立地と思います。 建物設備は、やや古いものの、清潔にされていて、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。従業員の方々も、とても感じがよく親切です。台風接近の大雨だったのですが、長くつを貸していただき、本当に助かりました。また、夕食の時間も配慮してもらえました。どうもありがとうございました。

中尊寺も毛越寺も徒歩圏内なので、車を停めさせてもらったまま観光できました。リーズナブルなプランでしたが、食事も美味しかったです。お風呂がそんなに広くないのが難点ですが、スタッフの方の対応もよく、基本的には満足です。

中尊寺、毛越寺エリア散策でお世話になりました。他の温泉地とも考えましたが立地の良さがきめてです。 建物はやや古い気もしますがスタッフの応対の良さが充分カバーします。

部屋のコンセントや大浴場のドライヤーなどあったらいいなと思うことはありましたが夕食時の声掛けや駅までの送迎などホテルの方のおもてなしがとてもよかったです。

中尊寺に近い温泉設備のあるホテルを探し、予約しました。立地はとても便利で良かったです。夕食の前沢牛も柔らかく高齢の母も喜んでいました。ただ部屋から大浴場へは、とても遠く感じました。歩くのに時間のかかる母には、ちょっときつかったようで、部屋を指定する時に良く考えればよかったと反省しました。

釜飯仕立てのほたてご飯がおいしかった。焼き肉のおいしかったが、ビフテキ風にもう少し厚めなら、なお良かった。
