The in-room bath does not have live spring water which is a bit disappointing. The surrounding scenery is good and gave a relaxed feeling. The western room did nit have real beds but futons laid on a platform, something we are not used to.

정말 최고입니다.. 처음 만났던 송영버스 기사님을 시작으로 프론트 직원, 안내, 레스토랑 직원 전부 다 친절하고 좋았습니다. 방도 편했고 온천도 좋네요, 말도 잘 안통하는데 열심히 답해주신 직원분들도 고맙고 몇번이나 전세탕 및 식사시간을 조정했는데도 불편함 없이 지내다 왔습니다.
