Slightly further from the station than expected but not a real issue. Hotel rooms are large and are good value for the price. Staff were helpful and friendly.

徹夜明けで睡眠をとりたく、早い目のチェックイン しかし隣の部屋の会話がうるさく、部屋の移動を申し出でし、 ２度目の移動でツインの部屋で、やっと落ち着き寝ることができた。 声が聞こえることは、火災時の区画はどうなのか大変心配。

お盆の夏旅行に２泊いたしました。姫路城とは反対方向にあるため周囲の飲食店は少ないですがそれでも良い方は良いと思います。内１日は朝食もいただきましたが一般的なビジネスホテルの朝食といったところでしょう。ウェルカムドリンクでウイスキー、焼酎が飲めるのでここら辺は楽しい演出だと思います。もしも台風などで外出できないときは館内に漫画本があるので安心です。機会があればまた使いたいと思います。

バイキング式でしたが、種類もたくさんで、美味しく頂きました。 ＥＶ前にアメニティが用意されていて、必要な分だけ選ぶ事ができたり、女性用に色々なメーカーのシャンプーやコンディショナーが置いてあり、利用者にはありがたいと思います。

ちょっと古びたお部屋で、少し効きの悪いエアコン、薄汚れたカーペット。。は、仕方ないとして。 お風呂の浴槽の汚れが気になって自分で少し洗った（笑） 娘達が泊まった部屋にはなぜか、冷蔵庫の中に空の水のペットボトルと中身の入ったお茶が入っていました。 掃除、どうだったのかな？冷蔵庫の確認を忘れたのでしょうか？ 娘の部屋は、気持ち悪くて冷蔵庫が使えませんでした。 その他は立地もよく、駐車場も無料でよかった。 朝、フロントの女性の表情が硬すぎます。 笑顔で『いってらっしゃいませ』か『ありがとうございました』と言った方がいいかと思います。

家族で夏休みに合うのがこの日しかなく、そのうえ台風との事で突然予約させて頂きました。 駅にほどよく近く周りにはコンビニやマックもあり息子達は喜んでいました。 大浴場もスムーズに入浴でき朝食も 並ぶ事なく美味しく頂きました。 １つですが‥息子のベッドのスプリングがマットから出ていて寝るのに痛かったと帰宅中に言っていました。 総合的にはウエルカムドリンクや凄く冷たいお手拭き心遣い良かったです！

全体的に雑然として神経質な方には勧めませんが、私達はスタッフの皆さんの丁寧な対応で再来はあると思います。むきだしの配管や破れた壁紙を直せば更に良くなるので残念です。今後に期待してます。

加古川マラソン参加で利用しました。姫路駅南口から南へ６分、左折して１分ほど歩くと着きました。１階フロント前で、２４時間、コーヒーが飲め、大浴場もあり、良いホテルだと思いました。

部屋に備付のドライヤーはすごくありがたい。でも割れていて配線が見えていて使う時ドキドキしながら使った。部屋のお風呂はカビ臭くちょっと辛かった。トイレの便座が冷たいのはこの時期辛い。ウォシュレットがあるのに残念。部屋に衣類などに使う消臭スプレーがあるのは嬉しい。温かいお茶はありがたいがコップの汚れが残念。ベッドのマットレスは寝心地がよかった。残念がちょこちょこあったので改善できるものはしてもらいたいと思う。

“I was able to spend a relaxing time!”
It was not as crowded and relaxing as I expected. The free dinner and all-you-can-drink alcohol (highballs, carbonated shochu, etc.) made it a good value. I would stay there again if I had the chance.
