Not very charming hotel. Staff was polite. We could check in one day earlier than we had booked and also leave one day earlier. So they were very flexible. Location is extremely hard to find as it's not directly on the street which is mentioned in the of

The most friendly and helpful staff you can imagine. The hotel is situated on a smaller street. It's fairly close to the train station, but print a map if you are finding your own way there!

家族での宿泊で利用しました。 去年に続き２回目の利用で、立地場所も駅と姫路城の中間くらいの場所でどちらにも行きやすく、朝食のバランスが良く、フロントの方の対応が良かったです。 今回は部屋がアップグレードされた和洋室タイプでした。 綺麗にリニューアルした姫路城をモチーフにした部屋で快適に泊まれました。

“Very good”
Hotel staff were friendly although English was somewhat limited. The room was good in terms of size but smelled like cigaretts although I reserved a non-smoking room. The walls didn't look very clean either.
