Staying guests have free access to the Kaguranoyu bath facility.
The facility houses a large communal bath, rock bath, family bath, mist sauna, ondol sauna, hot stone sauna, as well as a relaxation room.
*Additional charges required for reservable family bath, ondol sauna, hot stone sauna, lava rock sauna, and Iki sauna.

The breakfast buffet and spa facilities were great. It is a bit far from the station, but there is a shuttle bus and it is only a 15 minute walk. Parking is free, which is also good. It is one of the "best" in the Route Inn Hotel Group.

I stayed here for the first time for sightseeing in Himeji. The location near the station was good, and the bath was spacious and more relaxing than I had expected. Dinner was served at the on-site restaurant, and breakfast was delicious with local ingredients. It was a high quality inn.

Entrance is difficult to find”
I went there by car, but I couldn't find the entrance and even though I was using the navigation system, I went straight through and had to come back. I had to return to the hotel. I also had no place to park my car. I was surprised that the key was not a card key, but a real key, which made me feel old. The room was dark and everything was old, including the facilities. The toilet seat in the bathroom was out of alignment, which was a bit disappointing because it felt like a remodel.

Great hotel near the station.”
We used this hotel on the last day of our itinerary. We asked the driver of the ryokan's shuttle bus for a drink in the evening and appreciated his introduction to a good restaurant. We had a pleasant evening. Also, the communal bathhouse (hot spring) was nice in the forecastle.

This is my second stay.”
It was a good experience the last time I stayed here, so I booked it again this time. This was the first time I took the shuttle bus to Himeji Station. The bath was very spacious and had a carbonated bath which I used twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. I was a little disappointed because I didn't understand what was going on and thought I would get a travel coupon until I checked in.
