I stayed at this hotel using a travel support discount to visit Himeji Castle, so I did not have high expectations, but there was a welcome drink, the front desk staff was very friendly, and the room was clean with a double-sized bed and even an air purifier. The room was clean with a double bed and air purifier. I will look for Comfort Hotel again when I go to other places.

I like the Comfort Hotel itself, so I used it for the first time this time when I stayed in Himeji. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.

I was a little tired because the location was farther away than I expected. The room was satisfactory, but a little more amenities and room facilities would be nice.

Very small rooms- hard to move around in with luggage. However, clean and comfortable and very nice staff who speak English well. A 20 minute walk to Himeji castle and less than 15 minute walk from Himeji station

小学生まで１ベッドにつき一人無料なうえ、朝食も無料なので家族連れには安くて快適で大変助かります！立地も良く、姫路城にも徒歩圏内です。子どもたちにも、タオルやスリッパ・枕も提供してくれるので、とてもよかったです。

コンホートは、全室禁煙なのと、コーヒーの無料サービスが嬉しい。 駅からもほど近く利用しやすい。何年も前から時々利用しているけれど、今回は外国人が多かった。

スタッフの方はいつも丁寧で親切です。 朝ご飯は今回も無料とは思えない良さです。 部屋でも仕事はしやすいですし、お風呂のカーテンに角度がついているので身体の大きい私でも狭く感じることなく洗う事が出来ました。

清潔感があり快適に宿泊出来ます。駐車場も敷地内が満車になった場合も提携駐車場が複数あるので安心です。朝食、その他サービスも良いです。１１月なので部屋のエアコンが暖房に設定されているので、風呂上がりに冷房が使えなかったのが少し残念でした。また利用させていただきます。
