About Pillows”
I used to stay at the Comfort Hotel Hikone because the pillows were very good, but this time they had been replaced by an improved pillow that was harder than the previous one, so I could not sleep. Thanks to you, I was able to sleep soundly.

For the first time in a long time.”
Good evening. This was my first time using the Comfort Hotel in a long time. The room was clean and user-friendly. The food was good with a regional menu (this time, miso soup with Hikone's country miso). The bed was just right. I could sleep well. I would use this hotel again if I had the chance.

Exceptional”
Excellent location, close to the train station and 15 minutes walk to the Hikone castle. The staff is very professional and helpful. The check-in and check-out processes without any delay. Strongly recommended

Very good value for money deal, a very new, nice & clean hotel right opposite to the main station, and a simple breakfast came free of charge, to our surprise !

Terrific value, nice room, easy to find and friendly staff. Nice town too and the castle and gardens are well worth a visit.
