This onsen hotel is truly out of the way, which on the one hand is an obvious draw; otherwise, without a car, getting to and from the hotel is a bit cumbersome. In-room dinner was not available when we were there, and despite there being at least one full-

楓にグレードアップしていただけました。 リビングフロアーが広々していて高級感もあり。 露天は熱いです。が、キレイな庭園と自然環境もよくて朝晩と長湯してしまいました。 内湯翡翠風呂はラジウムも含まれているようですね。 いつ行っても清潔感があり広々とした温泉。 単純泉でかけ流しでもないので湯疲れも無し。 ただ、さつきが休館で入浴出来ませんでした。 泉質がどうのじゃなくても湯巡り出来たら楽しめると思ったので。 結果充分でした。他まで周っていたらこんなゆっくりは出来なかっただろうなと思います。 移動経路の途中泊なので、広い温泉に入って休めたら良かったので。 ＋…脱衣所の造り、部屋もちょっと家族定宿のＨリゾート系と似てる。そこよりこちらの方が清潔感と癒され感がありました。

宿泊客が多くて隙を狙っての入浴でしたが、お湯はいつも通り疲れた体を癒してくれます。加えて、今回は寝具・枕の高さが好み（低い枕）と初めてマッチ！ぐっすり眠れました。

やっぱり温泉が一番の宿です。宿は混んでいましたがゆっくり入浴できたのもラッキーでした。それから朝食のヨーグルトは絶品！

家族と親戚６名で泊まりました ＧＷでサービスに期待はしてなかったのですが、大変良い対応で素晴らしかったです。お部屋も使いやすく、お風呂もきれいでした。難点は多少古い為に部屋のお風呂やおトイレが狭かった事です。その他は素晴らしかったです。また是非利用させて頂きます。

平日だったのでゆっくりと温泉を楽しめました。朝食のバイキングでは「これは餅ね…」と話すご婦人に温泉卵だと説明したら、ブラジルからいらしたと…。それをきっかけにヨーグルトを勧めたら「おいしい！」と喜んで下さって、自分が作った物でもないのにこちらまで嬉しくなりました。そのご夫婦と、食後僅かのひと時でしたが会話に花が咲いて温かい気分でホテルを後にしました。久しぶりの温泉は良い出会いが想い出に残りました。

お正月の賑わいも少し落ち着いた頃だったので、帰省した息子夫婦とゆっくり過ごすことができました。とはいえ、団体客とかち合った主人と息子は、隙を見ての入浴だったと…。でも、湯加減もバッチリで心底温まる温泉は最高でした。

久しぶりに家族で温泉でした。とても楽しみにしていましたが、館内を歩くとタバコの臭いエレベーターの中までタバコの臭い。夕食も楽しみにしていましたが、出ているものは乾いていて、次の料理も頼んだお酒も忘れているのかなと思うくらい出てこないし。。。温泉旅行が台無しです。出迎えも立って居るだけがサービスじゃないですよ。もう利用しません。

早めにチェックインして早速入浴１回目。夕食前に２回目。寝る前に３回目。翌日の朝食前に４回目…。主人の入浴回数です。気持ちいい事この上なし！

すべてにおいて値段の割には良くも悪くも普通でした、近隣に同価格帯のホテルが多く、比較対象が多いだけに、此処を選ぶ理由が探しにくいです。 残念だったのは、窓ガラスの蜘蛛の巣が多く見受けられ、そんなに掃除しにくい箇所でもなく、ちょっと掃除すればできる箇所だけに気を配って欲しかったです、施設は新しくなくても掃除が行き届いていれば印象が違うかと思いました。 スタッフの方は皆さん優しい笑顔が素敵でした。

It is a nice hotel and the baths are very nice and tasteful, but the food, which is the most important thing, is disappointing. The taste is disappointing and the timing of serving is also bad. However, if you don't care about the food, I would recommend this hotel. The open-air bath was also very nice.
