      There were no attempts to provide information in English - even though the Japanican website states there are services for English speaking guests. I left my watch in the Onsen. I asked if the watch had been turned in to the front desk and the front desk

      “食事に不満”

      弾丸旅行で前日予約。８月１１日小学生２人と家族利用。 このホテルの良かったところは風呂。両となりのホテルの温泉も入れる。湯上がりにフロント近くまで行けばジュースが飲める。 問題はビュッフェスタイルの夕食。 ７時からの夕食にしたら、料理がどんどん無くなっているのに補充されない。お願いすると嫌な顔され時間かかりますけどと言われる始末。ひどい。 食事会場もだだっ広い修学旅行生が食べるような会場で広すぎて料理取りに行くのも大変。 働いている人のやる気の無さが伝わってきた。 オススメしない。

      “お風呂がいい”

      お風呂巡りができるのが楽しいですね。バイキングは品数は多いのですがすごく美味しいと言えるお料理が少ないような気がしました。氷が欲しかったのですが売店で買うかフロントにお願いするかしかなくて不便なので何処かに氷をもらえるところがあれば…と感じました。お部屋は居心地が良くて清潔で良かったです。
