“カードの切り替え”
自分で行ったポイントカード携帯への切り替えがうまくいかなかったので、早めに行き、携帯を預け再度登録して頂き何とか切り替えが完了しました。ありがとうございました。

“朝食に満足”
朝食は種類も多く、大変おいしかったです。子供だけ朝食を食べなかったのですが、チェックアウト時に代わりにケーキをもらえて喜んでいました。駐車場が敷地内に停められなかったことと、３人でエクストラベッドを追加して泊るには部屋が狭かったことが残念でした。いずれも止むを得ないことですし、あらかじめ分かっていたことなので、評価という点では全体として満足できる内容でした。

最近マイブームの朝早く起きてホテル近辺の散策。浜松城あたりを散歩しました。駅近よりも違う景色が見えてまぁよかった！
