      駅前、徒歩１分は魅力的で、周りの環境は静かで気持ちよく過ごせました。 新築ではない様ですが、築浅と思われ、清潔なホテルで大変満足しました。

      “シティホテルの良さがある”

      ビジネスホテル並みの料金で、広い部屋や、廊下などの造り全体の広さや開放感が味わえて満足です。 朝食のバリエーションの多さも良かった。 惜しいのは部屋のエアコンが温度調節型ではなく、強中弱型でタイマー機能がなかった事。 まあ、それを差し引いても、コスパ考えると満足です。

      “駅近い”

      掛川への出張で初めて利用しました。グランドホテルというだけあってビジネスホテルよりチョット格上感があります。流石に部屋などは老朽化が否めませんが・・・。駅から直ぐだが南口側なので飲食店やコンビニ系は非常に少ないです。

      フロントの方にシャワーを出したら茶色いお湯が出てそのままお湯が出なくなったことを伝えたら、あっ、そうですか。とだけ言われて会話が終わった。領収書を貰うときもありがとうございましたとの挨拶も無く最悪のホテルでした。もう利用することはありません。
