“family trip”
This was my first time to use the restaurant. Hamamatsu is famous for its eels, so I was very happy to see eels at the buffet dinner. The eels were thick and very tasty. The hot spring bath was also great, with an open-air bath. I would like to visit again.

“Dinner buffet”
As per your review, the buffet dinner was very good. The hotel's construction feels a bit dated, but I don't feel that it has a haggard image due to repairs and renovations in some places. I would use this hotel again if I had the chance.

“Happy to stay at a great price”
I was satisfied with the last minute discount for my stay. The room was well cleaned and comfortable. The toilet seat in the bathroom was small and a little difficult to use. The washbasin was old, but it worked fine. The buffet dinner was good, but it would be preferable to have a set meal on a tray if possible. There were some old people there.

“The food for dinner was good.”
We had eel for dinner, and the meat was thick and delicious. There were many kinds of eel and I was satisfied. I would like to make another family trip next time.
