“夕食のうなぎに大満足”
夕食バイキングで食べたウナギのかば焼きは何気なく提供されていてあまり期待していませんでしたが、身も厚くふっくらした食感や甘辛いタレの味など大変美味しくいただきました。この地域では普通のレベルなのかもしれませんが、他の地域から来た私には大変美味しく感じました。ホテルの建物など古さを感じる部分も多々ありましたが、朝食も含めて食事は大満足でした。宿泊費の割に提供されている食事のレベルは高いと思いますので、もう少し提供の仕方を工夫されると宿泊客の満足度がもっと上がると思います。また浜名湖へ行くことがあればウナギはこちらでいただきたいと思います。

“スタッフの方の対応は良かったが、清掃面が行き届いてない印象”
家族旅行で利用させていただきました。スタッフの方の対応と、立地や部屋からの景色はとても良かったです。部屋のエアコン周りのカビや汚れや臭い、絨毯のシミや備品のホコリが気になりました。全室禁煙のはずがベランダにタバコの吸い殻があり、ルールを守らず吸われた方がいけないのは勿論ですが、清掃の際にチェックされていないと感じました。不快だったので自分で片付けました。食事を楽しみにしていましたが、ＨＰとはだいぶ違う印象に感じました。子どもが楽しめる企画を用意してしていただいたのは良かったです。

“スタッフの優しさ”
食事会場もフロントも清掃の方も心配りが嬉しいです。台風にも関わらず、現場の方がテキパキと動いているので、混乱なくゆっくり過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

“寂しく感じた！”
ホテルザオーシャンですが、以前より館内が寂しく感じました。夕食バイキングの時も活気が無く、速やかに食事を済ませると言う感じでした。料理の品数も少なく感じる始末です。あと段差がきになりますね、バリアフリー化が大事です！
