Hotel Hakuba is conveniently situated just 12 minutes via a free shuttle bus from the Happo-One Ski Resort. The room was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 5. There was ample room with both western and japanese style rooms. This was a major advantage. Food was of good quality and variety. The onsen was not very large but was well maintained and enjo

スタッフの方々の対応は丁寧でした。 食事は夕食朝食ともバイキングでしたが、どれもとても美味しくて、特に夕食の中華系は本格的なお味でした。 部屋は三人でしたので、ちょっと狭かったですし、備え付けのドライヤーは古いものでしたが、清潔感があり、流しやコンロも備え付けられていて、連泊するには良いと思いました。 この内容で、リーズナブルでしたのでとても満足しています。

こじんまりとしたホテルのせいかインバウンド客も少なめ、宿泊人数も少なめなので、ゆったりと過ごせました。バイキング会場でも並ばずに食事ができたので、ストレスを感じることもなく食事を楽しめました。

“Room with a beautiful view of the mountains”
The view of the mountains from the third floor and above is excellent, but the north side (parking lot side) has the best view of Happo One. We were on the south side, so we could not see Happo One, but we could see other mountains, but they were not as impressive. We stayed two nights in a row, and on the first day, a medium size yukata was set up in the room, and the other sizes were available in front of the elevator. It would be better if the tea packets in the room had coffee as well. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, but I would like to see more effort made to improve the menu. The elevator was inconvenient because there was only one elevator and we had to wait for it. The bath was a little warm. Overall, I was pleased with the hospitality of the employees and the relaxing mountain hotel. I would like to go back again.
