４年ぶり、３度目の来訪です。 トールペイントの部屋のナンバーの絵が楽しみの一つです。 今回ものんびりできました。 おせわになり、ありがとうございました。

１泊目を旅行社で予約し、連泊しました。不都合があり、２泊目は配慮した部屋に変更していただき、お陰様でゆっくり過ごせて感謝しています。他にも、こちらのトラブルによる食事の変更など、スタッフの対応はとてもよかったです。朝食はあまりワクワクしないバイキングで、もの足りなかったです。イベントをいろいろやっていて、参加したかったものがあったので、よく調べてから行けばよかったと思いました。

小学生の子供２人連れで宿泊しました。 外観が外国のホテルのようで期待が高まりました。 お風呂、食事も満足なのですが、２つ改善してほしい点があります。 ２泊したので、お風呂用に用意されたビニール袋を部屋の隅に置いておいたのですが、お掃除の時に回収されてしまい、補充もなく不便でした。 もう一つは、縁日です。各ブースを回り点数を集めて最後に商品と交換、という ものでしたが、小学校高学年には幼すぎる商品ばかりでした。参加に必要なコルチナポイントも積み重なると結構な値段なので、出来れば改善していただきたいです。スーパーボールや射的で当てたものはもらえると嬉しいです。

“リゾートホテルの解放感”
栂池ハイキングの拠点として最高です。ロープウェイ券もセットでお得でした。規模が大きいので、細やかを求めず、ざっくり、自由な解放感を、建物、食堂、大浴場で楽しめます。
