Nice location, close to the chair lifts. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable but the toilets are small. The best thing about this hotel is that it has their own onsen and you can go down as many times as you want, definitely a plus

受付の応対が丁寧で感じも良かったです。 館内は綺麗にされていて、露天風呂に壺の風呂があり子供が大喜びでした。 和室も広く、家族四人でのびのび出来ました。

露天風呂が熱すぎて全く入れないといった事態になっていました。。 もったいなかったです。 設備自体はキレイなので、もう少し気配りがあるだけで違うのでは？と感じるホテルです。 立地はよいので、改善されると良いと思います。

白馬五竜植物園へ行くのに利用。端境期の為か、とてもリーズナブルで、価格以上のサービス・食事内容でした。
小さいながらも満足できるホテル”
部屋も食事も満足しました。雰囲気が良いホテルで、カップルでも家族でも楽しめます。スタッフはみな若いですが、対応はしっかりしています。ホテルの駐車場が広くないので、チェックアウト後は、移動する必要があります。土日宿泊の方は注意が必要です。
