The service was excellent and the staffs were all very helpful. Hopefully, the interior of the guest room will be redecorated soon.

The hotel is only a few minutes walk from Happo ski resort and abound 10-12 minutes walk from bus terminal where you can find food. Room is of good size and the hotel is quiet and never get too crowded. Had a very nice stay.

Best location, food, room, staff... everything..... did a ski weekend with my wife - I highly recommend if you're skiing Hakuba / Happo One

“Excellent”
Nice and onvenient hotel for skiing. Good to have ski rental and lift ticket available in the hotel. It would be nicer if multi-day or half day lift ticket are also available. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection is adequate.
