      Truly outstanding service from all members of this family-run hotel. Actual property looks and feels much better than photographs on the internet. Location is good, easy walk to free shuttle buses to many (about 6?) ski fields. Food and restaurant service

      Nice ryokan with excellent food and conveniently located, 10min by foot to the slopes in Happo one. After a full day of skiing you can enjoy the night sky from the outdoor onsen. Recommended!

      “従業員の方のお声掛け”

      妻が口コミを参考に予約しました。スキーシーズンではなかったのですが、多くの宿泊客でにぎわっていました。 食事や風呂なども設備も正直なところ特別な印象は無いのですが、それよりも提供する従業員の方のお声がけが印象に残っています。 フロントの方も含めて「おもてなし」の姿勢が強く感じられ、非常に良い印象を受けました。 また次はスキーシーズンにでも利用したいと思っています。
