“Very good value for money”
Service and food are very good for this price range. However, it is unfortunate that there is some deterioration in small areas, probably due to difficulties in raising funds for facility maintenance. The rooms are well cleaned, though, so it is not unpleasant. It is a pity that the number of low-priced inns in Hakone is increasing and the price competition is getting tougher, or perhaps the former high-class inns are losing momentum.
