Had a GREAT time here - the staff was super-helpful and welcoming, and also very accommodating with some special requests that we had. This was a holiday family meeting and we had a total of 10 people staying here. I had to book two separate rooms and was

We loved it here. The onsen was fabulous. And the on site garden was one of the most spectacular gardens we'd ever seen. So charming.

Service was great. We checked in early, and were allowed to leave our bags. We came back late from our day trip and the hotel placed our bags in our room. We were disappointed that we could not have dinner and breakfast served in our room, but we did ge

This was a great hotel that provided our family with the full Japanese onsen experience. Our Japanese style room was huge as they book rooms based on people, not capacity, so we had two adjoining rooms for four people. Parts of the hotel feel a bit dated,

The most impressive is the hotel garden which is extremely beautiful especially during the autumn season with leaves turning red and yellow. Another thing like the most is the outdoor hot springs, very pretty and comfortable.

Room is large, clean and pleasant overlooking the hotel garden. It is conveniently located, close to the main part of town, the station and bus terminal.

The in room bathroom was a little old and in need of an update, but we manly bathed at the springs. The bathroom sink was just above the knee for us tall folks. Also did not have a complementary yukata big enough for my husband (he is tall and a bit wide).

Rooms are a little old (especially the bathrooms) but still lovely. Hotel layout is difficult, so many different areas and lifts to get from the entrance to our room. Hots springs were lovely. Food was odd - I am very adventurous when it comes to food, but

The main lobby and corridors were a little outdated, but the rooms themselves were clean, modern and nice to relax in. Our room had a private bath that opened up to the garden view, it was fabulous. The walk to the ryokan from the Hakone station was less t
