“卒業旅行にて”
卒業旅行で学生プランで行かせていただきました。従業員の方の優しい表情にホッとでなんだか田舎の祖父母の家に帰ってきたような感じがしました。チェックイン後、部屋に向かうと温かいお茶を用意して下さり、体が冷えていたのでとても助かりました。夕食朝食はこれぞ和食だなぁと改めて日本の良さを感じるような食事で美味しかったです。機会があればまた行きたいです。

“お風呂は良し！！”
お風呂と隣接している強羅公園は良かった。でも、値段の割に食事や部屋がお粗末だった。あまり期待しない方が良いです。温泉も大浴場しかありませんでした。

“サービスとは何だ”
このクラスで、並み以上の料金に見合ったサービスがなされない。ロケーションはかなり良く、また利用できればと考えていたが、期待外れのサービスにがっかり。（部屋、風呂等のユーティリティお粗末、ロビーでしっかり休めないとか）公園の一部施設の様に感じたが、もしそうであれば　公園料金が無料というサービスに胡坐をかいていて、論外と言わざるを得ない。

“夏休み”
食事は美味しかったし、隣の強羅公園にもすぐ行けて静かだし良かったです。ただ部屋のエアコンが床に置いてあるタイプの旧式で夜以外は暑かった。
