We had really awkward experience about food and service. The woman didn’t speak English, so we had no chance to understand what it’s all about. Everything was made in rush - no explaining. Weird food. But we allow the fact that we just did not get the poin

We loved this place. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff. The room is traditional Japanese style and roomy (we had 3 adults and 2 kids). The outdoor onsens were great! Yes the place is a little worn and dated but we thought it was a good place

Loved our stay here! Even though it ended up being a bit more expensive with older rooms, it was certainly worth it for the amazing food and the beautiful views from the onsen at night. The mountains are absolutely gorgeous and is a site to experience here

The food was outstanding, which included shabu shabu and grilled lobster. The onsens where great as well as they have both indoor and outdoor with milky water straight from the mountain spring. I was pretty much the only one there when I went after dinner.
