I always look forward to using this facility, but this time I had the impression that the facilities in the building were a little less well cared for and cleaned. Was this also due to the influence of Corona? I was a little disappointed that the water in the water bath was not replenished and some parts were broken. Please do your best.

“It was nice hot water.”
I used it with my family. There were a variety of baths, and each family member found their favorite. All the baths were really nice and moisturized my skin. The staff working there were all very kind. I liked the bus driver who talked to us in a friendly manner and the information staff's sincere attitude toward the children. The kids loved the Koi fish, goldfish, and killifish swimming in the lobby and entrance. We had no problems with our stay, but some of the facilities in our room were broken, so we gave it 4 stars. We would definitely stay there again.
