房間的燈光不夠明亮,向前台提出後很快就有職員送上一支檯燈,相信很多客人都覺得燈光不足.房間附設的露天風呂應該不是使用溫泉水,因為check-in時接待員提示過公眾溫泉的水質比房間的好.早上泡溫泉時沒有其他客人,可以獨佔整個風呂.所有職員都很有禮貌,尤其是用晚餐時負責招待我們的混血兒服務生,他很詳細地用英語介紹晚餐的食材和食用方法.

七月十四日入住箱根強羅Merveille, 在強羅總站下車，再乘纜車便不用拿著行李上斜路。附近有強羅公園，早上繞著公園行了一圈，沿路看見粉紅和粉藍色的繡球花，還有白底燈點的百合花。有時間一定要入園內走走看花。 房間須大，冼手間稍細。用餐區有落地玻璃，早上景色優美，食物也很好味。 室內風呂有三個，一個按摩池、一個很湯的溫泉和一個冰凍的池，行了一天冼個澡浸溫泉，很放鬆👍

整体环境很好，房间很大，很干净，餐食很好，很丰盛，每道菜都很精致。只是从车站到酒店路程不远，但要上一个很陡的大坡，拉着行李会很累。如果在酒店接送时段内，最好接一下。
