Unwind at the Irori Fireplace Lounge, the area consisting of the entrance and lobby. Footwear are placed by the entrance so guests can have a much more relaxing time at the lounge.

A wonderful place to relax for 1-2 days. Awesome food and nice hot spring baths. The only downside is the walk from the train station

Nice dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Great service by the staff. However, cleanliness in the room needs to be improved (dusty fan in the shower, slightly smelly toilet).

“Good”
The hotel was very nice but pretty expensive for what it was (we stayed in equivalent hotels in Kyoto for half the price). The biggest disappointment was the food: I was expecting a multi-course kaiseki dinners with high quality ingredients but we got fat
