[Irori Fireplace Lounge]
Unwind at the Irori Fireplace Lounge, the area consisting of the entrance and lobby. Footwear are placed by the entrance so guests can have a much more relaxing time at the lounge.
Feel the season with your soles and toes as floor heating is used in winter while tatami mats and wooden board flooring are used to cool down in summer.
[Souvenir Shop]
Take your pick from a varied lineup of items such as Yosegi Zaiku wooden products and accessories from Hakone, spoons made of thinned wood from the mountains of Izu-Hakone, and Japan-made quality products including cutlery as a souvenir of your trip to Hakone, Japan.
[Hot Springs]
The open-air bath surrounded by a Japanese garden offers a stunning view of fall foliage or a wintry world. The hot spring water includes sulfate springs rich in sulfur and calcium, and contributes to great skin and prevents arteriosclerosis.

The hotel was very nice but pretty expensive for what it was (we stayed in equivalent hotels in Kyoto for half the price). The biggest disappointment was the food: I was expecting a multi-course kaiseki dinners with high quality ingredients but we got fat

Nice dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Great service by the staff. However, cleanliness in the room needs to be improved (dusty fan in the shower, slightly smelly toilet).

Nice hotel but very overpriced for what you get compared to other boutique hotels. Service and facilities are not 5 star and hotel felt quite noisy. However room very nice, food good - if sub £200/ it would be good value but we paid over £350z

The hotel was really beautiful, we had made use of the baggage service in Hakone to send our luggage to the hotel, so it was easy for us to access to the hotel. The hotel can also arrange for baggage service to be sent to Hakone-Yumoto station, with a fee.

交通：官方資料錯誤，當天未能從「強羅站」到達「中強羅」，只有不停站列車，無法下車。「強羅站」外更人山人海，多達200人在排隊等候上車，唯有轉乘計程車。絕不建議徒步到酒店，因需要經過兩大陡陗的斜坡，體力不佳人士可能需用上20-30分鐘才能到達。 服務：餐飲職員服務一流，但前台客房職員缺乏耐性，極不耐煩，經常別過臉用日語溝通。強烈建議出發前下載JapanTaxi app，因要求職員幫忙找計程車時，打了兩個電話便說沒有車，沒有其他建議，不要便拉倒的模樣，令人非常後悔選擇這酒店。 客房：設備完善，私人風

我極力推薦這家旅館，服務太好了。我父親行動較不便，還讓我們先看看2樓和1樓的房間再決定。1樓房間的露天溫泉很棒，只可惜櫻花還沒開，2樓露天溫泉較小，但風景優美。唯一可惜的就是大眾池太小。我下次還想再住這裡，大推。
