Lovely, cozy hotel with excellent access from Gora train station. Polite and helpful staff. Free parking. Several restaurants within walking distance. Can walk to the open-air museum in 10 minutes.

Great value for young family oriented onsen get-a-way without fancy decor or frills. The hotel may be dated but very clean and at a convenient location easy to find. Staff were helpful and very prompt and professional in the buffet area despite the number

Superb location right next to Gora station, only downside was the train barrier signal (unavoidable). Room was a little aged. Buffet dinner/breakfast were OK, decent varieties. The hotel provided hot spring/bath but I did not use, thus unable to comment.
