The journey to the day spa facility was difficult. They said they would take care of it later, but I was disappointed because I didn't know what to expect.

Excellent hotel. Good facilities.very helpful staff. Hotel is 10 minutes walk up steep hill from bus route and not that frequent. But there is a private bus that runs from the Train station to hotel and back.100 yen one way.

“Old but...”
The staff was very friendly and courteous. We stayed on the upper floor, but the sound from the TV across the hall was irritating. The rooms are spacious and well cleaned! Dinner was delicious. The only thing is that the bedding was so thin that it hurt the next day, even though it was a luxury style room. It is good that you can go to two baths, but I would like to see a huge sauna in the Okada, or a hinoki bath. It would be boring just to have a large bath. But thank you for an enjoyable trip!
