This is a great hotel to stay in, near to the train station and love the outdoor bath. Tasty food as well.

The rooms were good, european style rooms. No internet connection, but otherwise good service. Restaurant was good, but it wasn't possible to order additional items for breakfast. Good (small) onsen and nice tennis courts. Good spot for sighseeing in Hakon

お部屋も広く清潔で整っていて、露天風呂から眺める緑の樹々にパワーをもらいました。低めの温度も自分にはちょうど良く、久しぶりに揃った家族皆で快適に過ごさせていただきました。

“いい湯でした。”
大変良い温泉でした、しかし給水湯蛇口は故障が多かった。こんなものは工事屋さんですぐに直るもの。朝食にウインナが丸のまま何もつけるものなくだされた。学生の朝飯レベル、残念、夢がこわれた。スタッフの方々は良かったです。家内は又来て見たいといった、ただフレンチの硬い鴨肉は別物に変えてもらいたいとの事。体が休まる休暇が取れました、ありがとう。

“古さは否めない”
綺麗に清掃されていて、従業員の教育も良くされていてその部分は満足でしたが、何せ施設が古く今の基準からいくと価格と見合いっていない。部屋や大浴場のリニューアルをすれば、良い温泉があるのだからまだまだいけると思いますが、このままではリピートは厳しい。
