Clean lodging”
I have used this inn many times. The bedding and tatami mats in the rooms are very clean and comfortable. It is close to Hakone-Yumoto station, so transportation is very convenient. The waiter at the restaurant at dinner was inexperienced and brought the wrong food.

Concerned Inn”
We stayed in a room with an open-air bath during the consecutive holidays, so the service was worth the price. We had a small child with us, and although we had not reserved a meal for the child, we were provided with rice, grilled seaweed, and a chair for the child as a service. We also appreciated their thoughtfulness in providing us with information on what the adults could eat from the menu. I wish there was more information on where to park, as it took us a while to find the parking lot.

It was a nice place to stay.”
We stayed here for our wedding anniversary trip. It was a last minute reservation, but the room had a great view. There was a nest of hazel crows in a large tree outside the window with four cute little ones, which was fun to see. It was nice to be able to eat meals in the room. There were four kinds of tsukudani (food boiled in soy sauce) as well as Japanese sweets for tea. All the employees, including the young waitress, are very nice. It is a high quality hotel, so everything is satisfactory. The hair dryer in the bathroom was a Dyson.

A wonderful experience! Hotel is about 7-8 min walk down the main road from the train station. Room was a lovely traditional space; westerners should be aware there is little or no storage (e.g. dressers). Sleeping on the floor on futons was more comfortab
