We stayed in two Japanese/Western style rooms with 6 adults and 2 infants. The room was on the 8th floor, close to the elevator hall, easy to use, and spacious. It is very kind and nice that the facilities in the hotel can be used before check-in and after check-out. We also used the separate buffet for dinner, but the breakfast buffet was better than the dinner buffet. The roast beef at dinner was stringy and not good, and the sushi was average. The pool and other facilities were good, but there was no shallow pool for toddlers to enjoy, so they had to wear floats. If the price were a little lower, I would be happy to repeat, but there is a downside in terms of price. However, since the hotels with inexpensive pools are crowded, I think this is a good hotel close to the metropolitan area to enjoy the facilities without crowds in September.

I went there with 4 friends. The food was delicious and we were able to relax in the hot spring and were very satisfied.

孫の誕生日のため、家族で２泊３日で宿泊しました。コロナの関係で、お部屋には館内の説明書も何もなく、不便でした。お風呂にもタオル類がなく、使いにくかったです。東京在住なので、ＧｏＴｏトラベルのメリットもありませんでした。孫をプールで遊ばせられたので、とってもよかったです。

“I was satisfied.”
Overall, I was very satisfied. The only thing that bothered me was that the room was smaller than I expected. As soon as I entered the room, I thought it was too small! I thought so as soon as I entered. The amenities provided in the room were well scented, which is common in foreign hotels, but I felt that I did not like it. I was very satisfied with the buffet, but I had the impression that the charged alcohol was quite expensive. I also experienced the bedrock bath, but I thought it would be better if it was scented with herbs. I applied through Rurubu Travel, but I felt like I lost a little money when I found out later that I could use the JTB lounge for the same price.
