The experience was great, a onsen is a must try in Japan. The place is a little up the mountain, if you have heavy luggage, they dont really have any navettes that go up there, either you pay a taxi or I suggest to go to the nearest station (tonosawa)

This was a very nice Onsen, and the food was wonderful. We had the private bath and were a little surprised by how small it was, but it was nice and very hot.

“On our anniversary trip.”
Thank you very much for your consideration in the room assignment. The room and the open-air bath in the room were very dirty and we had to wipe them with alcohol disinfectant. The tub in the outdoor bath was so sharp that it hurt my fingers and I had to wash my body in the main bath. There was no replenishment of jumpers or face wash foam, and the night shift staff had to replenish them for us. The night shift was wonderful and saved my life. Please continue to challenge the "infinity" of soft aspects rather than the "finite" of hard aspects.
