Just a 3-minute walk from Hakone-Yumoto Station, this hotel provides convenient transportation access for enjoying the Hakone area. There are also large communal baths located on the sixth floor where guests can enjoy a panoramic view of the flowing Haya River and Yumoto mountain range. ・For multiple-person reservations, in the case that a portion of the guest members decreases, and the portion is from a party of 15 or more members, if the cancellation is made 10 days before the date of stay (or the day that the reservation was made if the reservation was made later than 10 days prior), there will be no cancellation fee for members that make up 10% of the party (readjusted for fractions). Cancellation fees will not be incurred for portions of parties of less than 15 members as well.
The check-in time for the Posada Single Room is by 15:00, with check out at 10:00.

Convenient , near the station and town center and the hot spring baths are ok as not many guests use it. However, the room is really small for the price especially the bathroom. Westerners won't fit especially the toilet bowl !!! I didn't use the bathroom

Upside: Room is ok. Quite new. Sound proof is good. Convenient location, 7 min walk to the Hakone Yumoto Station. Friendly staff. Reasonable onsen. Downside: Toilet seat is non-heated, not 24-hour reception.

So I stayed in the cheaper posada inn room for one night. It was a good experience being in Hakone, relaxing in the onsen and being right in the middle of Hakone Yumuto the a very tiny town and prob the one where something is going on after 8 pm. Good chea
