awesome location in Hakone with a beautiful lake outside! There is a bus that goes directly to the hotel from the train station. We stayed in a room with a private bath and it was amazing. The dinner and breakfast were beautiful and delicious!

Had an incident. A woman in the bathroom thought I took a picture of her but I didn't. Then about 6 women was questioning me. But other than that, everything was great. And the meals was nicely prepared.

Have trouble looking for this place, in the end took a cab over. The place was clean, service was not bad. The outdoor onsen was very good! Breakfast and dinner were not bad, beef curry rice was good! Overall a nice play to stay.

If you want to walk to this Ryokan, it is rather far from the main road. You have to rely on the shuttle service which is payable. It is good value for money.

We had a GREAT stay! The staff is very friendly. There is almost no translation in English in the hotel but we managed. The japanese room (annex) was spacious and clean with a nice view. The bath were also great. Food was delicious.

“My Birthday”
My family and I stayed at room 431 room 432 from 14th to 16th. Although we were not able to use the pool due to the typhoon, the staff at the hotel where we had dinner and the people at the front desk made us feel comfortable.
