“I would like to go back to this hotel.”

The staff, including the trainees, were very helpful despite the fact that the hotel was fully booked and there were a great many guests staying there. It was my first time to use this hotel, and I would like to use it again. Thank you very much.

“As expected of a popular inn in Hakone”

I take my mother, who is a resident of a facility, to the hot springs from time to time. We carefully make reservations after detailed research on barrier-free and universal rooms, and I think it was a great decision. The garden and lobby are comfortable, the food is delicious and enjoyable, and the people who serve us are really kind. All the staff were cheerful and fresh, and from the time we were greeted to the time we were sent off, it was a true "Tenyu with a smile". I am very satisfied with 5 stars, but I would like to mention just a few things that bothered me. The bathtub was mainly for foreigners, but silent bathing was not observed, and the washbasin was often in disarray after use. The washbasin was also in disarray after use. If only it could be inspected in short intervals. I hope you understand that Japan is still very cautious about coronas.

      “It was good, but...”

The price was good. The large bath was wonderful. The open-air bath in the room was a disappointment, perhaps because of complaints in the past, but I could not see the view at all while bathing. The food was consistently good. Coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch. The garden was beautiful and the lights were nice. The only bad points were that the quilt was too heavy and the pillows were too soft. After checking out, when we were waiting for my husband's car to drive, several male and female staff members were chatting at a loud enough volume that we could hear them.

Very horrible service! I have never had such bad experience in Japan! The staffs are not helpful and they have terrible management! All the restaurants there are disappointed! Will never go back again!

I booked through Japanican and was totally misled. $700 a night for a glorified apartment building with a tiny one person bathtub on the patio. I booked for my honeymoon and thought my husband and I could enjoy the (fake) hot springs together, as it said c
